Nah man, they don't have any concepts of feminity/masculinity, everybody is the same and just does whatever. Also they don't have genitals, as in they wouldn't have a clitoris for example, they use the nervous system for sex, and that bit down there is just the womb, without any extra sensation. They have physical sex with other races because those races enjoy it, for them it means nothing, what matters is the mind sex.

Aaanyway, they would not fit into a Qunari society at all.
