I have downloaded and installed the normandy crash/zaeed/blood dragon armor unlocks, registered with cerberus, and none of my addons are present in game, or i just havent come across them. Is there a way to check?
Downloaded and Installed DLC. Not present in-game

You need to get on the normandy. Go to your cabin. And then go to your armor thing. There should be like the FIRST thing labeled "armor... or armors... or something" and you should click the right button once and terminus or whatever armor should be there.
For the zaeed go to your personal computer and check your mail.
Zaeed shows up when you land on omega also.

I had loaded up the game 3-4 times before they finally appeared but it happened.

Cool, I bet if you just restarted your computer and turned the game on they would've been there instantly. After all the install problems and finally getting it installed i did the DLC content install and then restarted my computer, it was there the first time I played.
