I was looking to reuse one or more of the pictures/images displayed while an area loads from the official campaign.

 

Where are they held? Please?

You'll find what you need at <your installation path, usually C:\Program Files (x86)\...\Neverwinter Nights 2>\UI\default\images\donotatlas.

 

Then you'll get a lot of directories: each one is named as per the loadscreen it contains.

 

Depending on how many extensions you own, you'll find the list of the loadscreens in loadscreens.2da archived in C:\Program Files (x86)\...\Neverwinter Nights 2\Data\2DA.zip or 2DA_X1.zip or 2DA_X2.zip
