AFAIK there's no new DAIMP DLC for any platform. Destruction is it for now.

What? MP DLC has always been free for all. "Destruction" is the only MP DLC available at the moment.
A single player (costs $15.00) DLC released today for XBox One and soon for PC, so that's the DLC news you're hearing right now.
