Out of curiosity, it seems that spawns have changed as well. Do you have any notes to share about any changes made in those regards?

edit - It is also great to have the interaction today and I love the change to wave 5. Whoever had that idea deserves a cookie

I just noticed this question after answering a similar one in this thread:

http://forum.bioware...view=getnewpost

Hope that helps to explain the spawning changes you are likely seeing.

In regards to the additional enemies spawning - is the number of reinforcments spawning in randomised or is there a fixed number that can spawn in?

It has been like that with Bioware since the time immemoria or Baldur's Gate. I guess, they generally like to hide things and let the people find out by themselves. It encourages .... creativity.

Also, lots of hidden and undocumented bugs and general bs always. I still remember the infamous diamond ring hidden in a tree trunk in AR2700 worth 500 gold. http://www.gamebansh...bgee/ar2700.php

That one was a game-breaker big time. No way you can find it on your own. Turns the early game into a cakewalk instead of torturous grind.

Imagine my luck, when I stumbled upon Ankheg plate  in Nashkel:)

That cursed plate. It was sooo hard finding it even though I knew where to look.

Also the ring you find near the wall in Friendly Arm Inn that gives double the 1st and 2nd level wizard spells.

Really though, we missed adding the zone 5 change. Sorry.

I don't think the patch note was 100% necessary for that one, it was hard to miss  :D

It is still a fixed amount, just slightly higher than before.

If it is a bug, may i request that it isnt changed. The additional enemies were great as they made the map feel really full an I enjoyed the extra XP

I agree, i like the madness

Because too many people went off the deep end at the weekly balance changes for ME3MP.

Weekly updates, could you imagine that level of support for DAMP? And to think Bioware originally promised improved support for DAMP as compared to MEMP. Oh how the mighty have fallen (and then tried to pretend they never made such a claim). Between this and their unwillingness to talk about the SP DLC release date for PS4, I think it's obvious that the consumers are not their priority.

Glyph, you do understand that they cannot discuss release dates for PS4 on timed exclusives right? Thats part of the contract.

I don't think you know what 'obvious' means.

SP DLC PS4 release date embargos are simply covered by the terms of the exclusive deal and and out of the hands of those supporting DAMP.

While I understand how and why such practices exist, they are certainly not for the benefit of the consumer. Please enlighten me how such a contract makes consumers the priority then.

They get money for nothing, money they could technically invest in more DLC.

I don't like such things, it sucks to be a PS4 player and having to wait longer - but money is money. One bonus is that by the time we get it, all the bugs the Xbone users might have will be ironed out. Still hate it though. It might not even be Biowares fault, but rather the publishers who get to pick and choose this stuff.

I was making a very specific point that BioWare are not unwilling to talk about the terms of the contract, they are unable to talk about the terms of the contract. Therefore it is not obvious (my point) that they have a desire to treat consumers poorly.

Of course it is ultimately a business call, I expect made at corporate level, with the sponsorship fee more than covering lost sales.

Whilst BioWare tend not to talk about what they are doing until it's done, they have been responding to feedback in patches and the multiplayer interaction, particularly through the weekend challenges has been decent, with I suspect more to come.

Have there been other tweaks to classes or game play?  Not just spawns but power of archery player and enemy, cool down times and such for abilities?

(I am still not happy with the end wave changes.  Not the fact that the camp zone is gone or the spawns, those things we can adapt too.  The 4 people required to plant is a bad thing.  At the end of a match like I had last night and one person is afk and one player refuses to kick you are 100% sool.  So sorry your game is fubared because of some nit wit.)

+1

Still should need only 1 person plant the flag.  Other players either warped to flag, or at least warped out of final room (choke point).  This way no one can hold up the game by AFK

Health Font should be removed from final room and placed in arena

Would like to see an auto-kick after 30-60sec inactive
