Did it post game with my Female qunari mage, Bull, Cass and Varric. Had a grand time with everything being weak to fire.
Tons of new schematics, party banter, few good cutscenes.
Helped a tribe of barbarian people, solved puzzles, fought in a tournament, explored the tree tops in Ewok style houses.
Fought a dragon and judged a bear lol lol lol lol
Cassandra: Ugh

Do the new schematics offer new appearances for armor and weapons?

Both, new weapons and schematics plus schematics for companion headpieces such as Coles hat or Vivienne malificent.
How do they look?

There is a HUGE pink elephant in this DLC room and no one seems to talk about it. Where is TBE? No news, nothing? It's like everyone is talking about the DLC and that's all...
pd. I'm glad you enjoyed it, btw.

Awesome, I might get this when it comes out on the other consoles.

Have you played since Patch 5? That added a new shader slider that needs to be set at high or above to get good hair

Because if you're talking about a DLC and someone brings up a feature that isn't a part of that DLC in the same conversation, then that person is a bit of an idiot.

Good to hear about the Judgment. Those were some of my favorite parts of the vanilla game.

They use ice embedded weapons and they have passive abilities to slaughter your barriers and guard

Thanks for the feedback! I have a few questions:
1). What are some of the new schematics like relative to the best (tier 3) ones from vanilla? Are they more powerful?
2). Story related: what do you think of how the Avvar were portrayed? Your post suggests that not all of them are hostile.
3). Are there any new enemy types or are they mainly re-skinned versions of enemy models already present in vanilla?
I'm still debating whether or not to purchase the DLC.

Does that mean that we will see more "disgusted noise" moments?

2. I felt the storyline was good. Good barbarians and bad barbarians vikening up the place. A lot of new codexs and quests that show Avvar lifestyle.
3. Tons of fallow mire barbarian enemies reskinned plus they have mages too which is new. A reskinned Revenant and I think the Dragon has a unique design. I was too busy trying to not get eaten.

I just played part of it and can give some comments.
The DLC is for a 20+ level party. The sight is the most beautiful in the game, more close to the non-gameplay trailers before.
1. There are some powerful weapons. Even you close a rift you can loot some really good items. They are more powerful than those in the original game.
2. You have to earn the respect of some Avvars.
3. Haven't met completely new enemies. But the enemies are much tougher. A rift with 4 pride demons, all higher-level than me! There is an "ice giant" boss. He can use ice AOE and is not easy to beat, but easier than a dragon.

I watched a stream for a few mins last night and there seemed to be some sort of arena. Do you have any info on that?

I haven't seen that. But I just explored about 1/3 of the map so I cannot confirm it.

Finally some good news.
Did you get to talk to or fight Avvar women?
