Mulder and Scully are coming back for a 6 episode run

What suggestions should we send them on the *Truth is Out There* of the ME Universe?

1) How does a Geth Hunter still kill you while flying in the air?

2) what makes enemies invisible?

3) What is the secret to Banshee Teleportation?

4) How does a Praetorian shoot lasers out his ass at you when he cant see you?

etc etc etc

What is ME3MP *X-Files*?

Banshee teleportation is simple, they form from Ardat Yakshi, the most powerful biotics around.... with our biotic ability, we can easily do biotic charges the way banshees do....

Geth are machines and therefore are able to react like one, shooting you as soon as it can aim at you....

Praetorians are... praetorians

Growing up with the X-files during the nineties I'm pretty damn excited about the announcement regarding the six new episodes with the original actors and show creator.

The main mind boggling mystery I'd like for them to explore is just how come so many of us keep playing this game so excessively 3 years after it's release - the truth is out there!

Top of the dome...I get....Why come Geth Hunters still shoot you when being Stasissed?.....and Why are geth bombers the only unit that can say "pffffffftttt" to our powers?...also, side note thats on topic...The X-Files Theme Song works perfectly in the backround when you are playing Dark Souls.

They're nothing. Just attack the weak point for massive damage.

Thats true. I mostly hear how only Overload is supposedly glitched on Bombers, but u-huh that's only a tiny part of the the truth. There's a whole slew of powers that don't work. Reave often doesn't register, Dark Channel somehow misses and to top it off Charge will have an even harder time going off than it normally does.  <_<

All enemies have weak points. But if all of them spend 90% of their time in power negating bubbles?

That's why you shoot them. Headshots on Praetorians are ridiculously easy to land, not like Phantoms and not even like Banshees. They have a lot of hitpoints but headshots stagger them pretty frequently, negating most of their attacks.

You need weapons that do high burst damage. But caster classes ofter don't have them or want to use them, because they are too heavy. It's you're sporting something like a Lancer the Praetorians aren't going to flip that much.

I'd like to see an action-packed episode, in which Mulder and Scully get into a gun fight with mysterious, armored troops, some of whom carry swords and perform acrobatic, ninja-like flips.

Mulder & Scully start using experimental weapons in the lab they are hiding out in, which turn out to be surprisingly effective.  They decimate half the mysterious organization within minutes, but there is no time to gape in awe of the mystifying powers the advanced weaponry possesses. No, no.  Their top priority is survival.  Outmanned, but not outgunned, they fight tooth and claw to survive.  They know there is no means of escape.

All of a sudden, Mulder notices every time he reloads, he only has half a clip's worth of ammo before he runs out.  Scully's gun, so destructive before, now is barely tickle-inducing.

Wave after wave of the enemy troops start closing in.  Mulder and Scully are backed into the armory, using and discarding guns at an alarming rate, as each gun wildly varies from its initial effectiveness.  It's crazy!  They cannot understand what is going on with these weapons!!

As the troops with the riot shields close in, Mulder and Scully turn toward each other despondently, wishing they had enough time to say everything they've always wanted to say to eachother, yet warmly because they will at least be spending their last moments together.

Camera pans out to reveal a mastermind figure sitting above them, shrouded in darkness, furiously typing away on his keyboard.  The date 3/24 is circled on the calendar behind him.  It is Tuesday.  A gigantic coffee mug, shaped like the elusive Brilliant Surge, blocks most of the evil genius' name, but the letters "AGNAN" can be seen.

All of a sudden, the door to the room where Mulder & Scully are trapped bursts open... but no one is there.  The mysterious troops are on high alert, but stand confused.  All of a sudden, their heads start exploding, one after another.  Panic sets in; they are now the victims of their own trap.  Within seconds, the floor is littered with headless corpses, and Mulder and Scully, drenched in the enemy's blood, sit baffled and horrified.

All of a sudden, they see puffs of smoke appear out of nowhere.  And then... The Smoking Man uncloaks...

To be continued...

Damnit.  Ever since I responded to this thread, I've had the X-Files theme song stuck in my head.

Kinda nice.  But going to the bathroom at night in the dark with that song playing on repeat in your head is a little creepy.  You may ask why I go to the bathroom in the dark, and I would then tell you to mind your own business.  But afterwards, I'd tell you anyway.

It's because fear is a powerful aphrodisiac.  Also, I get a rush every time I am accurate in my "duties" when doing so in the dark.  I don't need no stinking accuracy bonus from Marksman or Hunter Mode (post is now ME3 MP relevant).  It carries the same thrill of 360 no scoping, but with the added bonus of the gentle and soothing sound of a babbling brook (unless you miss).  And if you miss... well, get ready for some real fear, because my wife gets homicidal when there's a mystery puddle on the bathroom floor.  I mean, I'm sure as hell not going to be the one cleaning it up.  Peeing in the dark = dangerous.  Walking around on slippery, wet bathroom tile in the dark = just plain suicidal.

How do you know if you've had too much coffee?

You're a one hundred twelve and a half foot tall marshmallow.  No one expects you to have watched the show, though it would be shameful if you were human.

What kind of keyboard do you type on?

Are you the secret love child of Rosie O'Donnell and the Michelin Man?
