you have to call EA for them to fix it, no other way, I waited 1 hour and 20 min, on the phone last night to fix my EA accounts, and they did once I got a hold of them, took 5 min, I got all my downloads except for Cerberus Network, so I have to call them again, I already sent the email back, maybe they will respond sooner with the email they sent me. I'll keep you posted.

technicallty they should allow EVERYONE who bought this 60 dollar game FREE TOTAL COMPLETE access to ALL DLC
