And if so is there a reliable means of obtaining all the schematics otherwise?

 

I haven't played in months and just bought the DLC.  Downloading the game again now.  Just curious?  I didn't really mess with the other glitches so I don't care about those.  But I did farm schematics just because I liked having them all and trying to make the best possible items.

I'm still able to farm for schematics, and I currently have all patches plus the new DLC, installed.
