I want ME1, KOTOR and Jade Empire to be added to mine
Those too (KOTOR/JE). I think Jade Empire was actually my first BW game on the first Xbox. I loved that game. ![]()

Damn it Bioware has found our secret weakness to make us buy more games, little icons on a forum.

32 Here, and my first experience with video games was pong, then atari 2600, etc. My wife is a computer gamer, but I'm a console gamer, but we get along fine. Just wish we had more time to play (4 young kids + grad school put a damper on gaming time)
High five Nythrius, 4 kids here too.
All you men got it easy with your gaming wife unicorns! PFFFT. I have an outdoorsy husband. He once promised to play a game with me when the first Borderlands came out and he saw I was interested and gave it to me for XMAS. Never happened because he just cannot get into gaming. I'm not upset with his lack of gaming and he's very tolerant of my gaming habits as I am of his outdoors love (like camping, long distance cycling etc).
I am too lazy to post a bunch of images but I started off with Coleco Vision and my favorite game when I was around 8 ish? was the 2010/HAL spaceship game where you completed the circuits to thwart HAL from sabotaging the ship LOL
I also had an Atari or something and a Nintendo 64, Commodore 64 and an Apple IIE and other various things.
39 here, as I mentioned earlier in the thread. And kids just ought to realize we're the OG gamers ![]()

I really gotta check out this series, have heard nothing but good about it. I was born in UK, but moved to Canada when 7, so really missed out on some great UK humor.
I'm 38 years old and I met my wife in a mmorpg. We have been married now for 9 years and have 2 kids. ![]()
Nice thread! April 16 I will turn 46, and I'm proud and perfectly perv (this said one of my quild-members in TERA, greetings to Poland).
This is what happened: I bought my first PC...10 years ago if I remember right. It wasn't much and I hardly understood how to turn it on. The man I dated that time was a bit younger than me and used to gaming. He came with a game to me: it was Age of Empires. He said: "I think you are that kind of person who likes this stuff. Lets try it! ". I had never played a video-game before, but I generally liked all kinds of games. My reaction:

Lets just say that he changed my life, and if that was his mission in my life he frieking accomplished it. I wanted more, and I bought Gothic 2 just by the pictures in cover. That was the deal that made me a gamer and I have been it ever since and God it has given me so much. I must say my life was empty on hollow before gaming, and I was born to play games. I wish I would have born later, because I really would have wanted to work in gaming industry. Others I'm happy in my age and hardly ever think about it. I do what I want when I want without explanations.
And now I can even build a PC if I have to. I happily fix other peoples computers too, without any education. So I guess this is my passion.
Only downside is that I have stress-injuries in my hands...from gaming. Both shoulders, both wrists, right elbow, all have suffered. Given is my joints are not good to begin with. But I wish companies would think their games from ergonomic point too. For example BioWare insisting we have to hold RMB down when moving is horrible, and adds unneeded stress to right hand (though now they finally fixed it so you can toggle it off). DAO pretty much broke my right shoulder. The Secret World is so unergonomic I can never play that game again.
I have allways known gamers are much older than we are led to believe, oldest person I have met was 70 years old in Hellgate Global.
Almost too old to party.

Not uncommon on my side of the pond either. It was quite a popular show
