Well hey, it's only a secret and irreversible law which not even the U.S congress are allowed to get a look at before signing and agreeing to the whole thing. What could possibly go wrong? This thing wouldn't even be public knowledge until it goes through if not for wiki leaks, which showed among other things a whole heap of corporate benefits such as the ability to pressure governments into changing the laws to corporate interests.

This literally just happened in regards to the internet in America (e.g. the FCC passed regulations without anybody but the corporate lobbyists from Google et. al. that helped them write it getting to have a look at it) and everybody cheered them on. 

 

So frankly, at this point I'm beyond giving a damn what the internet thinks is worth panicking over. They're a bunch of easily guided sheep, nothing more.
