Bioware.
I found a glitch, below in bold, Not game breaking but annoying.
I just started playing ME2 (great game BTW), after importing a character from ME1, had no issues with DLC or anything.
I am in the habit of hugging corners in areas I am expecting to get attacked with A and D buttons.
After leaving the building (marked 92) on the first colony, after meeting Tali, I hug the right railing of the just outside the exit of BLDG 92 which leads to the building (marked 55).
With Key (D) pushed after drones fly over my head and Tali is warning by radio, and my character slides vertically, apparently up the railing and up the corner of the building to the top.
I turn around and it appears my entire party has floated up to my level at the top of the building with me.
We can walk around on top of the building and out in the space a few feet in every direction but can't get back down.
No way to fix except reloading a save.
Anyway, my basic setup in Win 7 Pro 64, Radeon 4870X2, 12 GB Ram, EVGA X58 SLI MB. Intel I7 920. Pretty sure its not my computer.
Thanks for a great game, Axfred

Same issue, also repeats on Omega on the Archangel quest. Seems to happen to me when I am in cover and hit the W button to move forward

Just an addition. I realized I was pressing W and D at same time when it happened and I reloaded and was able to repeat the bug once. henchmen only float up if they are in follow mode if they lose sight of Shepard ( just kind of teleport up to me).

I have the same issue. Occurred in Project Lazarus lab and during "Recruit the Professor" quest on Omega. I slide up a wall or cover-terrain and can not get back down. I've experienced it about a dozen times. Save/reload fixes, and it doesn't seem to be connected to how long I've been playing.
It does seem to happen when I'm moving forward... but then, I'm usually moving forward, so not sure how helpful that is
. On one occasion, it felt like the reason I went flying up wasn't due to being near cover, but possibly due to my companions. Miranda and Jacob ran over to me and I was suddenly standing on Miranda's head =D.
