My game was fine at Medium Settings.

 

But after Patch 6, the Hair change to Lego/Plastic Hair in Medium Settings.

 

¿Can you Fix this issue?

 

My character looks like a cartoon. Please fix this.

I can confirm that. After that 900MB patch 6 hair looks like shiny flat whatever, same for beards - on Stroud for example

You are going to have to set the shader setting to high or ultra.
