I'm trying to make an Inquisitor that looks very grim and menacing. Mainly the eyes + brows but I can't get the brows as low as I want.

This is not exactly how I pictured it but its as close as I could find using google:

I'm pretty sure the default expression for any IQ is that face, even female. You just don't see it so much in cut-scenes.

Or go into battle, and ur IQ's will look very angry and firce! 

But u should be able with right eye shape and move em up and brows down get rather close to this?

There's a limit to how low you can make the brows, but:

1. (obviously) set the brow size slider lower

2. choose an eyebrow style that's generally a bit thicker / angled lower (some are naturally arched)

3. make sure the eyebrow position is as low as it can go, and

4. play around with the initial face shape selector, because the face shapes tend to have slightly different brow to eye placement, which will affect how far you can set the sliders.

 

You might also try playing with the eye position slider and set the eyes back slightly farther into the face to give the appearance of deeper, more pronounced brows, and also maybe use some black under-brow makeup to make the area beneath the brows a bit darker.

 

I played around briefly in the CC to see how low I could make the brows go on an Inquisitor, and this was as low / angry as I could make them (using a face-shape that was a bit more scrunched together, and really thick bushy brows that are angled up a bit):

Dang @jgwhiteus you beat me to is, was making a few Sliders on a nose and figured i was gonna make something same for this angryface
