Who running this game Bioware or EA?

For EA to make a deal with Microsoft for making a DLC for PC/Xbox 1 users sounds like Bioware have lost control and don't give a dam about other game users

Don't they know that not every one can afford to buy New PC or Xbox 1 or do they think if they release a DLC just for PC/Xbox 1 that it will help sell more PC/Xbox 1 and try to beat PS4
