I discovered that I can zip back and forth in a small area with Fade Step quite a few times if I use strafe keys.  Can Frost Step hit an individual target more than once, or is it just once per target that it hits?

 

On the note of Fade Step... Fade Step gives me hopes that Mass Effect 4's Vanguard will have a proper use-anytime Charge power.

You can hit multiple targets and if you are really good you can hit them more than once in the circle back.  It will damage every time you pass through them.
