Little annoyed that its May and not April, but:

-I'm not even done my first general playthrough so really.. whatever.

-I may not get DLC for a while, so getting Hakkon and BE and maybe even 1-2 more DLC all at once will be nice.

-Free. Good. That's all I was concerned about. Features like Black Emporium are things I consider to be the 'reward' for sticking through Dragon Age. For DA2 it was for getting it new. For DAI its for still paying attention for the next year after launch, and paying attention to other DLC for that matter. "Oh, there's free DLC called Black Emporium? Ah.. what else is there? Oh, there's a bunch of things!"

Still would not have been annoyed if it was $5 though.

Early May is only six weeks. It'll go by quickly. If I could wish for one thing to go with it, it'd be a NG+ option too... but if that's not part of it, I'll live. Yay for the BE.

I'm hoping for schematics to be sold there. So we can decide to either wait and pray for the RNG to award us a certain schematic as loot, or to pay the price for it and buy it in the BE.

Something tells me no new hairstyles will be added, otherwise they would charge for it, no? But at the same time, what's taking them so long then?

The thing is for The Emporium to be in May I figure one of 2 things are responsible that being a major overhaul in the CC or maybe just maybe they are implimenting a Face Code System like ME2 & ME3's.
I mean why else would something like The Emporium require that long of a delay it doesnt make sense to me.

I think it is May because it is going to be released with Patch 7, provided everything goes as intended in the test. They wanted to release it with Patch 5 and later with patch 6 but it seems there were some bugs that needed fixing and that were reported duting the beta tests. 

 

I don't think it is going to include anything new, but I may be wrong

Your probably right and if The Emporium is just T Vanilla CC I will be very disapointed.

I'm hoping that the delay means their going to add new options.  Even if the CC is the same as vanilla, I hope we'll get more casual garb options so we're not stuck with beige PJs.

Yeah I want more options as well I want new Hairstyles.

I want my armor as Skyhold wear. I don't know or care if its a bug or intended. I want my armor - WITHOUT using a mod.

 

The PJs suck.

Since I'm on PS4 and thus have no access to mods this time round I'd really be happy if we could wear our armour in Skyhold.

 

I was initially quite annoyed by the whole DLC thing (moreso that they couldn't tell us a release, I'd known about the exclusive thing since it was announced way back), but the more I thought about it the less it bothers me. I was going to get Jaws of Hakkon and the other DLC no matter what, and May isn't as far away as it could be. Plus, my birthday is near the end of May, so I can likely get JoH as well as Witcher 3 and enjoy both.

 

Still, good news that Black Emporium will be free. I'm mostly hoping for schematics to buy along with the mirror of character tweaking, but if they've got some more codex entries about strange curios that'd be cool too.

May?  Fantastic!  Thank you, Bioware.  The tinting table rocks and now we'll also be able to fix makeup or features that don't look like intended.  I wonder if it will be something that has to be unlocked, like the arcanist, and whether it will be a map area like the old BE, or a fixture in the undercroft.  

 

Even supplying new textures for the PJs would help.  I'm not going to go down the mod rabbit hole, since if a mod breaks something in my game (which has been working fine,)  I don't know how to fix it.  If I ever learn to code, I might consider it, but there's a lot of other stuff I want to do first.

Taken directly from the DAI Patch 5 Beta blog:

 

"As part of the [Patch 5] beta, participants will have access to the Black Emporium, a mysterious underground shop run by an immortal proprietor. There, Inquisitors can find powerful artifacts and tools to aid their cause, purchase epic weapons, powerful accessories, new crafting materials and schematics, and even change their voice and facial appearance using the Mirror of Transformation."

 

So, I am not expecting any new additions to the current CC (example: new hairstyles).  That is unfortunate, but at least I won't be too disappointed when The Black Emporium finally releases (for free) sometime in May.
