You're probably going to have to contact them then and see what's up. I know Xbox One has had this issue for awhile where it won't register that you bought something, but I haven't heard of Origin doing it

Origin have always been really good when this type of thing has happened to me. get in touch tell them what happened and they should sort you out in no time.
