BW, I am asking this on behalf of myself and others who played ME1, but were not able to add ME1 to our list of BW games in our profile. Can you assist us with this?
Edit: I really should have added that I played ME1 on X360. I have been playing on consoles for a while now. So much more comfortable on me couch.
Edit2: BW, while we're at it, how about some icons for KOTOR and Jade Empire (thanks Altbouli for the mention of those)
If you have the PC version, you can redeem the code on Origin. Don't know about the rest, but it worked for me. Must be a new thing because when I had tried to redeem my ME1 on Origin earlier, it wouldn't work, presumably because the game was so old that they didn't have all the keys in the system (at least something akin to that was the EA support answer).

I've played ME1 so many times - on Xbox 360...
I even fired up the game a few minutes ago to see if there is some online login and I don't see one.
(I'll live but it leaves a little hole in my completionist mind...)
Just put serial key into Origins.
Top left of your Origins screen should be a button that says 'Origin'. Click it, choose 'add game...' (or whatever it says in English, mine isn't). Then 'turn in product code' and enter your serial key.
Log out of BSN and log in again to force BSN to check your games and it will be there.
PC only btw. I keep forgetting some people have consoles
Yep, however (clutching at straws here) I just downloaded Origins for Mac (I have no PC) and my Origins list shows in the dim past I downloaded the windows version of Pinnacle Station for a copy of ME that I must have not connected to the account I now hold. So I've 'added' the product code for Pinnacle Station in the hope that it will trigger the flag for Mass Effect.
Boy oh boy I need to get a life

I played Mass Effect on the Xbox 360 which is why I don't have it shown under my avatar. Actually all of the games listed there I've played on either the Xbox 360 or Xbox One.
I'm a bit miffed that ME1 isn't there for me since it should be.

Unfortunately I am not sure if you will be able to add it outside of buying it for the PC (I think it has been on sale in Origin for $5 once). The reason why it can detect Dragon Age: Origins from the consoles is that is when they first added the EA Account to their games so they have a record of those games, its the same reason why Knights of the Old Republic and Jade Empire won't register either.

I did not have a PC copy registered on Origin,
but I had an old copy of Pinnacle Station dlc and that did the trick.

Yes.
So I ended up having to contact EA support as Origin doesn't recognise ME1's Steam key - the first chap I spoke to said he couldn't do anything, but I tried again and got a different guy who added ME1 to my Origin account after confirming my security details. Yay!
(Oh, and I had to sign in/out of BSN before it showed up.)

This may sound dumb, but bear with me.
I can see you have Mass Effect there.
Open that link and copy the Product Code.
Then under games, 'add game' and paste in the product code.

Same deal with me. Bought the physical copy on release day. Registered it on my EA account at some point (it's been a while ago - possibly even before 'Origin'). Still hasn't showed up since the update...
P.S. How is it that 'Bring Down the Sky' and 'Pinnacle Station' aren't nicely integrated into the core game via DLC/Expansions on Origin? ...Pinnacle Station is awkwardly separated, and Bring Down the Sky is nowhere to be found (afaik)...
Edit: So, by clicking the info 'i' on the ME1 virtual icon in Origin, it displayed a digital code...so I then tried to re-register that same code on my account, which surprisingly worked for some reason...so I got a second digital copy of ME1 tied to the same account, which I then hid as it was kinda pointless...but at least I now have an the ME1 badge properly displayed on my profile.

If this is just about getting the badge, registering with a genuine code on Origin might make the connection.
You wouldn't actually have to load or play the game.

It should still work. I have Steam copy of ME1 and added it in Origin and finished ME1 on Steam. However, Steam's ME1 doesn't have Pinnacle Station included while ME1 on Origin does.
