They added the ability to bind extra mouse buttons with the last patch, is anyone taking advantage of it?

 

I have tried to do it, binding mouse3 and mouse4 to ability slots 7 and 8 respectively, but each time I start the game they are reset to the 7 and 8 key.  The rest of the key bindings stay the same though.

 

Have any of you tried binding extra buttons, and if so is it working correctly for you?  What actions did you bind them?

Yes. I bound my thumb button to tac cam.
I have another button which I bound to the free mouse toggle. So much better and natural to use.

I wanted to bind my right mouse button to auto attack but sadly I cannot. Why the hell do you troll me so much Bioware? I'm still waiting on the tooltips on the power bar, zooming in combat and binding my normal mouse on the auto attack! That's all I want, is it really that difficult??

I don't want to bind extra mouse buttons; I want to rebind the controls that are mapped to the regular mouse buttons by default.

ALL of the controls should be remappable.
