Near that place they gave me the quest The Mystery of Winter with the door and the shards (I've done it)
Nothing in my current quest log expect rifts.

I have a similar one but a little higher in the map compared to yours.. I suppose they are tied to "Up and Away" quest. There is a known bug that triggers if you find Runa without following all her trademarks. In that case the quest will be set as completed but the quest marker will remain in your map.

Oh. I did exactly that, found her on my own. That explains it.

I have two so far:
1. There's a little rift underneath a ledge that only spawns demons for me if I'm on a cliff 50-100 feet above it. I had to leave one party member up there with "hold position" while the rest of us fought the demons at ground level or the second round would never spawn at all (and if you just run up there to trigger it again after beating the first wave, the rift strength resets).
2. For the fight with

In the Ameridan's End quest there is a bug that doesn't make the enemies show up when you're Assaulting the gate, making the gate not open.

Considering that someone talked about a tier 4 material named Ice Dragon Bone and that I never found anything with that name, I think it was supposed to be looted from the dragon.. can someone confirm it?
(First, sorry for my English, I'm doing my best!)
I don't know if you finally get the Ice Dragon Bone, but if not, I can tell you there is some (I don't know if there's more in other place) in the waterfalls of the final of the river, in the north, at the north of the camp next to the ruins you enter with Harding and Kenric. You have to climb the waterfalls (better with your horse) or go up by the path at right until you are high enough and then let you fall into the water. Up there there is a dragon's skull where you can loot the Ice Dragon Bone.
And about the bugs, I have one kinda weird. I have no vegetation in the DLC. I mean... you can see this:

But in my game there is any of that green vegetation, not a single leaf over the gate of the ruins or just around the statue of Ameridian's friends. It's all the place empty of "greenness", all the map. There's absolutely nothing green in the Frostback Basin. It happens to anyone else or is it just me? I can't find any references of this in the Internet. I play in XBOX360, if that helps.
Useful topic, by the way.

I got it in my 2 subsequent playtroughs from the Dragon's wreck, therefore I am 100% sure that I either had a bug or the Dragon's loot where teleported somewhere far from my characters and when I knew that the Dragon was supposed to leave some loot it was already late.
Thank you so much for the tips about the waterfall.. you saved me from spending my precious gold in the Black Emporium for some T4 material ![]()

I found a rather odd visual bug south - south east of the Blood Stained Shrine. This is located near a waterfall, and behind Swampside Camp site a bit to the east - north east. There is a rock wall that is appears to be climbable in only one place , in the vicinity of a rather twisted large tree. As I was nearing the top of the climb, I noticed a splashing sound and started seeing ripples (as if we were emerging from under water) as my compainions and I reached the top of the hill. This was 100% repeatable, even after zoning out and back into the area. This isn't game breaking, just immersion (pun intended) breaking.

When I claimed the landmark at Bloodstained Shrine, the X landmark on the map failed to appear. I had the text popup and the banner is still there, but if you're using landmarks for map navigation, you're SOL.

I have the exact same problem, and no earlier save to go back to (apart from one ~26 gameplay hours ago just before the Corypheus fight).
I did (interestingly) manage to fast travel back to Stone Bear hold and talk to Svarah Sun-Hair to begin the quest again. However the same thing happened - after a long loading screen, I was dropped in front of the fortress but approaching it just kicks off the same in-game cutscene (NPCs scaling the fortress) but no enemies appear, and the door does not open.
Unfortunately, completely game-breaking for me.
