Mine:

DA:O
Favorite: prolly the last part of the game, basically landsmeet-archdemon fight. Origins is the only DA game with an ending that really fells FINAL. Pretty much every plotline is resolved and you get to say goodbye to your companions. I also like how theres several different endings with different tones to them.

Least Favorite: Hard choice, but i prolly have go with the circle mission. Its mainly because i didnt really like the section in the fade. I get obsessive compulsive about trying to find every extra attribute than you can get. The big decision in the end is also kinda underwhelming. You basically chose between saving the mages or committing massmurder (if the mages havent died already).

DA 2
Favorite: The last part of act 2 when the Arishok go bananas. I really like the whole quinari dilemma in da 2. You just knew that negotitations with the arishok was gonna explode into chaos sooner or later. I like how several plotlines are interwoven: Isabela showing her true colors by leaving kirkwall (and later returning in my playthrough), meeting meredith for the first time and ofc the final confrontation with the arishok. Out of all the conflicts in da 2 this one feels the most climatic.

Least favorite: the ending of the game.
I love the resolution to anders storyline. But once youve actually chosen sides, everything got REALLY disappointing. The biggest problem is that there really isnt any weight to your decision. Everything basically plays out the same either way. But whats worse, the actual story development is pretty god damn ludicrous to. Orsino basically decides to transform himself into a monster made out of corpses. After that bit of shlocky nonsense, we are also rewarded with the silliest endboss fight ever.

Meredith reveals that her sword is made out of red lyrium which has made her crazy. Then she unleashes her powers by........ turning the kirkwall statues into walking killing machines. And in the end she basically turns into a statue herself. The whole thing just feels so.......... out of place. Its way to silly and over the top to fit into the dragon age universe. It would have worked if it had been a boss battle in a devil may cry game, but in dragon age?
I also really dislike how merediths insanity is reduced to just being a sideeffect of red lyrium.

DA:I
Favorite: Fall of Haven and the introduction of Skyhold. I had no idea what was gonna happen after i had closed the breach. When corypheus and his army arrived it was a big shocker for me. I also loved how the entire sequence is basically an emotional rollercoaster. Haven is destroyed and all hope is lost. But then hope is regained after reaching Skyhold. It was an amazing sequence. By then i was 20 hours into the game and i realised that the real storyline had just begun.

Least favorite: prolly the whole orlais sequence. I like the characters and the outcomes of orlais powerstruggles. I just dislike how the outcome is basically reduced to which random door you opened with your halla statues. This is one of those sequences were metagaming is pretty much mandatory. And thats not a good thing in my eyes.

DAO

Favorite: The rescue arc was hilarious! I reloaded so many times to pair everyone up just to see what they would do. Sten and Oghren as brothers? Leliana and Morrigan dressing as Chantry sisters? Zev and his awesome Mabari? Freaking golden! I also liked the Landsmeet. Oh and Shale!

Least Favorite: The actual gameplay. I didn't really relish having to pause during every fight. Story-wise, hmmm, I guess the mage circle arc. This didn't seem much of a choice unless you're roleplaying evil incarnate.

DA2

Favorite: Not much really. I liked the DLCs and Fenris' romance.

Least Favorite: Orsino transforming was downright ridiculous. And also Carver joining the Templars when his sisters and father were mages, which was weird to me, no matter how he explains it. To be fair, he did side with Hawke when she finally confronted Meredith. And I didn't like that I didn't feel the passage of time in DA2. The game was supposed to span 3 years but nothing ever changed. The rubble in Fenris' mansion was never even moved in 3 years?

DAI:

Favorite: Moving to Skyhold was a great experience for me. I really liked that song in the campfire. And Solas' romance is probably the best in the whole series. I actually enjoyed the Halamshiral and am glad the devs at least tried to let us experience the Game that I've heard so much about in DAO. And seeing Hawke again was a pleasant surprise. Didn't think I'd get to see any previous PC ever again. Kept expecting the warden but that was probably too much to ask.

Least Favorite:

The lack of closure but I suppose that was the plan from the very start.

This is kind of tough, but I will try to pick just one for each category...

DA:O

Favorite:  I'm going to say Orzammar.  All of it.  The entire "Paragon of Her Kind" quest, from the time you enter the Frostback Mountains to the moment you leave is always a great experience for me... the dwarves have an incredibly interesting culture, the architecture in their city is stunning... heck, I even like the Deep Roads!  So that get my vote.

Least Favorite:  Eh... I will go with the entrance to the deepest section of the old ruins in the Brecilian Forest, because the werewolves down there are extremely overpowered.

DA2

Favorite:  Um... Oh yeah.  The Ketojan mission.  For some reason, Arvaraad's speech always impresses me during that quest... in fact the Qunari as a whole are a bright spot in DA2.  Too bad they keep changing them with every new game in the franchise...

Least Favorite:  This one is easy: All that Remains.  I hated this quest from start to finish... it's way too rigid and linear, and I found the entire scenario to be ham-fisted and annoying.  I think I'll just leave it at that.

DAI

Favorite:  Let's see... hm... nothing really stands out... um... the surface dwarves "quest" in the Hissing Wastes was pretty good.  I guess that's kind of an odd choice since there's no interaction with NPCs, but I did enjoy exploring that region, and learning more about the dwarves is always nice.

Least Favorite:  The Arbor Wilds questline and the Well of Sorrows nonsense... hated every minute and never finished the game because I no longer had any interest in the story after it went in this direction.

DAO

Favourite: Orzammar! This was what made me love Dragon Age dwarves so much. Whether its the two origin stories or the Warden taking out an entire Carta on a lazy afternoon, it's my favourite place in DAO.

Least Favourite: Everyone else seems to hate the Deep Roads and/or the Fade, but for me the Temple of Sacred Ashes is the weak spot in DAO. Not so much because of the quest itself, and certainly not because of the beautiful setting. It's because Sten is completely right when he says that it has nothing to do with defeating the Blight. When the Warden goes looking for the ashes for the first time, they have no proof that they even exist, let alone that they have magical healing properties. It's utterly ludicrous to delay collecting the troops/fighting the darkspawn for a mystical quest to save one man, no matter how important he is.  And a non-Andrastian Warden has even less motivation to go on what appears to be a wild goose chase. This really should not have been a crit path quest at all.

DA2

Favourite: Legacy is the highlight for me. Everything that's wonderful about DA2 with all the rough patches smoothed out.

Least Favourite: It's got to be Best Served Cold in Act III, when played as a character who's always supported the mages. Why the hell are these people trying to kill me, again? Apparently poorly-motivated characters annoy me. (Orsino's last-minute descent into blood magic and corpse cosplay is also bad, but it's one part of an endgame that I basically enjoyed otherwise.)

DAI

Favourite: Really too soon to say, since I've only played the game three times. Ask me again when all the DLC is out and I've been through it five more times. I do really like Crestwood, though. And the Hissing Wastes tomb hunt. And the time travel. And ... yeah, I don't know yet.

Least Favourite: The Fallow Mire. Ugh. I cleared it on my first character and have yet to return on either of my repeat play throughs, even though that means missing out on neat stuff like recruiting the Sky Watcher and judging the Avar chief.

DAO: Favourite: Escape from Fort Drakon. Whether your Warden escapes on their own or thanks to two of his companions, it's just plain awesome. :D

Least Favourite: The quest where you get Shale. Felt rather bland and don't get me started on the puzzle with the kid saying ad infinitum 'I've always wanted a kitty'. 'Kitty's been locked up here forever. Isn't that awful?' 'Daddy doesn't like kitties, but she's so nice.' <_<

Dragon Age II: Favourite: The Long Road quest. :D

Least Favourite: Helping those Starkhaven mages in Act I. Where's the murder knife when you need it?

DAI: In Your Heart Shall Burn.

Least Favourite: Gathering those shards. >.>

Granted these are the most/least favorites that first come to mind.

DA:O

Most: Abandoning Redcliffe; not before going on a killing spree first with Alistair, Morrigan, and Zevran in the party. Also stealing swords and kisses. Priceless.

Least: The fade part of the Broke Circle quest was just terribly boring.

DA2

Most: Perhaps aggressive Hawke stunning Petrice and Varnell by killing the qunari delegates; followed by burning the bodies.

Least: Maybe the very poorly written way Carver/Bethany can die in the Deep Roads. "BTW, I'm dead now." EDIT: I think everything with Meredith turning into some red lyrium psychopath at the game's end is worse.

DA:I

Most: Champions of the Just; especially the conclusion battling the envy demon and conscripting the templars.

Least: Actually having quests that involve scattering ashes and putting flowers on graves.
