Xbox One player here. Streamed it for the BSN on Monday and Tuesday(not recorded, sorry. Fixed that for next time tho).
Basically, I think you should play it, though I wish it was $10 rather than $15. You can decide if its worth it when you check it out.
Still, give it a shot if you enjoyed Inquisition and want more of the same.
I think it's worth having. I'm going to wait though and see if BioWare releases a version of the game with all or most of the DLCs included as they'd done in the past. Though, I don't mind spoilers. So it's nice to have youtube so I can see what I'm missing.
