Honestly I'm annoyed that they can't reveal a release date for Jaws (Also that it likely won't feature sharks. Druffalo vs shark, you know you want to see that happen) of Hakkon, but it is rather hilarious that they seem to be going out of their way troll PS4 now (I'm on PS4 unfortunately).

 

Oh, oh, can't talk about DLC coming to other platforms. But here's a repeat challenge that everyone hated that PS4 needs to work harder to achieve. Lolz.

If I remember right, this is basically 5 solos with a Keeper.

 

Not that I can do it at the moment, since I logged in to be reminded that there is a giant 2 GB update that has to be downloaded. Although it seems to be barreling through quite quickly, so maybe it will only be a couple of minutes delay.

 

4 with a Templar if you can avoid the Demons for 4 games.

Absolutely loved the first, but never played the second. Time to correct that.

 

BL2 is great fun, Handsome Jack is a riot.   I started on the 2nd one myself, never tried the first, I'll pick up the collection eventually though.

I was only getting 4 Gold medals with a Templar. I solo routine, though. You might be referring to soloing Perilous, which is well beyond me.

 

My guess is that the templar's combos don't count as "power kills" for some reason.

BL2 is great fun, Handsome Jack is a riot.   I started on the 2nd one myself, never tried the first, I'll pick up the collection eventually though.

I liked the first one a lot more. Granted the siren from that one was ridiculously good. I like the one in BL2 but she can't compete with Lilith.

There was one tidbit of info about the challenge.  There'll be a chance for 2 rares in the reward chest for this challenge instead of the usual 1.

Without a specific build it can be tricky to get the Ability and Team Combo medals. It's doable but, again, you then need to get Venatori/Red Templars four games in a row. Against Demons WoH will one-shot 90% of your opponents on Routine meaning no combos. And not many people take Payback Strike or Shield Bash meaning no Ability kills against the other factions.

And why shouldn't there be pitchforks? In the span of 2 months, they're already repeating challenges. The loot system is utter garbage for long term players. They're punishing PS4 for getting challenges done. The patch notes don't list half of the changes in the patch. Major gameplay changes aren't tested for stability or troll-proofed.

Ans this is coming from me, someone who actually likes and wants more from DAIMP. The casual player, the one who Bioware could have fleeced for mountains of platinum, is long gone. They got bored. Or frustrated. Because matchmaking is still broken. Because equipment still doesn't properly modify skills and stats. Because they didn't know there was a DLC. Because they see the same weekly challenge they saw 8 weeks ago.

What's the point? Actually, I don't know anymore. I'm not saying Bioware should listen to everything we say. But it's clear the game they want DAIMP to be is not all that close to the game I, and others, want DAIMP to be.

At this point, I'd settle for communication as to what that is, so I can make an educated decision to stay or to go.

You're on the BSN fora. I feel kinda bad for pugs that are never directed to better references, but here there's no shortage of builds. If you need to Templar combo, either switch to your inquisitor (or common) weapons  for routine, or drive it up to higher difficulty.

I think it's easiest to get 5 Golds a match with an Elementalist. You have Winter's Grasp and Stonefist to do the Shatter team combo, and then you can take pretty much whatever else you want, do solo routine and easily get ability and weapon kills golds, and of course the Immortal and streak golds. Easy peasy.

The thing that Bioware seems to have forgotten is that people trade in games like mad these days. While I may still own every game I've ever purchased, a lot of my friends have already traded in DAI. When players leave they aren't just putting the disc in the case, and good luck convincing anyone to buy the game again for some DLC.

I got a level 21 Elusive Icebow,which is complete garbage, and a bunch of low level commons. Commendation Chests are sh*t. You should get a guaranteed Unique like the Commendation Packs in ME3.
