My first playthrough it was Blackwall, Iron Bull and Cole. This time I went with Cassandra, Solas and Cole and I'm sticking with that as my main party from now on. Both banter and combos worked nicely!
If I mix them up from all the games though, it would be Zevran, Fenris and Solas.

Aveline - She's a monster, she can take Cassandra in a fight, I like her at least ten times more than Cassandra, and lastly, she is loyal to more than her own personal pursuits.
Isabela - You seriously need an explanation?
Solas - The banter would be legendary and he's a damn good mage.
