In the game I've just reached level 23 on my PS4. After leveling up, I now started to notice an audio bug everytime I exit the in game menu (not the start menu) that gives the options to the inventory, codex, map, save, journal, load, etc. The sound that plays is the level up sound, and I've definitely leveled up and assigned my powers to my whole party. Is this a currently known bug? I also have no idea where else to put this thread up on.

To help this out just a little more, the audio bug happened soon after I hit level 23 in Emprise Du Lion and I first killed the dragon Kaltenzahn, and then Hivernal after which I leveled up. I also equipped all the good new gear.

I also reloaded the last save, did the fights again, leveled up, went to the hissing wastes, went to the high level merchant, exit his store inventory and then audio bug triggers again(and keeps happening) am I not supposed to kill those two dragons, or visit the hissing wastes merchant ever again?
