First i would like to say the game is amazing good work bioware..... But the redemption system you used for DLC is horrible, i dont know if it was forced on you guys by god damn EA game but its downright the worse thing i ever seen.
I bought the collector edition for xbox 360. I used the website to redeem the ceberus card.... turn out someone somehow registered my xbox live gamertag already. So now not only did i Lose the ceberus code, but i cant put any DLC on my gamertag, worse then that if i want to use them i would have to do a complete new xbox live account and lose all my mass effect 1 saves.... Would it have been to hard to ask to just a regular code redeemtion for those in the game? I paid you guys $90 for these extra and turns out i cant use them unless i want to make a new xbox live account ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
How can i fix my codes? I need help.

You can find a question and answer area on the EA site; link in through the Bioware Social Network. I am having the same trouble with my PC Collector's Edition. The answer for me was that they gave out incorrect codes and are working to solve the problem.. No info on how the customers are going to receive the good codes, though.
