Played it, streamed it live on Twitch for the BSN, had 30-90 people watching at a time including Bioware's Bryan Johnson who was offering help with puzzles and reminding me to do things I might miss. Cool dude for doing that.

Beat it already within two of those streams. 12 hours or so of play. I'm awaiting the one AFTER Jaws of Hakkon.

12 hours of play? Wow, I could only get around 5 to 6 and I take my bloody time.

If you got 12 hours out of it, then more power to you! :)

It's a pity that the weapons/armours you get aren't customizable.

Hah, yeah. I hope I can get even more out of the next add-on/expansion. Will probably stream it again for the BSN. Hopefully I'll get some more Bioware dev help and chatters too. :)

I wish they could share a bit more info on what they're working DLC-wise. 'Jaws of Hakon' was released too abruptly for my taste. I don't know what they're working on next but I would like to go to Weisshaupt and check what's going on for one.

I like the lack of pre-release info. Some is nice, but I hate when you get too much info and it spoils the experience, or when you know its coming but don't know when exactly so you're anticipating too much. Hakkon was a nice change of pace Bioware wise in my opinion.

We'll see what happens next.

Dragon's Dogma is built completely differently, and every hairstyle shouldn't be available anyway.

Characters lose their uniqueness when you can create a clone of theirs.

Ok I will give you that but you gotta admit the hair options are ****** poor.

I'm still very much into my years long campaign to get Bioware to implement LONG HAIR

You know Dragon's Dogma's CC gave you every Hairstyle in game at the start and yet DAI cant give us Blackwalls or Cullens for male characters or Cassandra and Josiephines for Female Characters and you cant tell me they wouldnt work in game because they would quite frankly B-Ware was lazy with the Hair options in DAI.
I am looking forward to The Witcher 3 and when I get it it will be my game of choice until B-Ware releases quality SP Dlc.

Dragons Dogma had a great CC with a ton of hairstyles... including long ones. I do believe there were 8 additional hairstyles that came out later, but I cant remember if they were free or were a part of a dlc.

Eh, even if it did, its not the same as putting long hair into DA. Still, I'm annoyed there hasn't been any decent long hair in a Bioware game.

Yeah I got like 10-15 hours out of the DLC too.  Did everything and explored the whole new map, it's pretty standard actually most maps in inquisition took me around 10-15 hours to complete.

But back on track whats the Black Emporium?  I clicked the link but I couldn't find where they talk about it... is it another Jaws of Hakkon-esque expansion?

Essentially a shop with a 'face melter' to tweak your appearance.

It's DAI's version of similar content from DA2:

Aaarghhhh, I super hope there is new hair and eyebrow options included in the DLC, I've been stopped from making new characters so many times because they just look so gross with the terrible styles we were given at launch. :( I miss my braids man, and I want Cassandra's banging eyebrows instead of horrendous bush brows and shaved heads.

We probably won't get to go to Weisshaupt until DA 4 since that is in a different country than Ferelden/Orlais. JMO.

I like Projekt Red's method - they've already announced two expansions for Witcher 3 and the rough release time frames. We don't know the content, but I like that approach, something to look forward to and plan around.

You can only not mod them.

If Bioware does not add new hairs etc to the CC - many fans will be upset. If they do add  new hairs etc to the CC and they are deemed as unattractive as the ones currently available - many fans will be upset. Poor Bioware! :(

Bioware isn't obligated to add anything to the CC with the Black Emporium. As long as it serves its purpose to allow access to the CC at any point between quests, it does its job. Anything else would be a pleasant surprise.

Thats not on Bioware then. Its one thing if they claim there will be new styles available but as long as they don't its just hopes and dreams.

True enough but I would be satisfied to get the old options from Origins and DA2 like Cailans and Anders seriously the hairs in DAI are laughable.I am not expecting anything new honestly but you never know they might surprise us.

I'm past playing Inquisition at this point beyond new story DLCs but if there are some awesome new hairstyles available, I'll take em. hahaha

This is my problem as well I already beat DAI 4 times and replaying it is tedious thats why the choice to release the Emporium in May is a head scratcher to me I mean a whole month and nothing no updates about Future Patches or Dlcs just silence oh well thankfully The Witcher 3 is gonna be out in May.

No, it does not. Tweaking the face in progress is fine, but players need the bloody face-codes, for their existing custom characters.

DA2 needed them too. but modding and save-editing in DA2 does not require that much effort.

Not sure which is worse, though - not getting this extremely vital feature at all, or being asked 15$ for it.

If anyone was that fussed about their character's face, there was nothing to stop them noting the CC slider settings at the start, that's what I did.

I've spent 180 hours with my canon Inquisitor, why would I not take 10 minutes to log the sliders?

15$ ? Black Emporium will be a free download.
