So what did we lose in patch 6 ? 

 

We lost the ability to zoom properly with cheat engine /check 

 

We lost the ability to mod the game because they changed something in the code. 

 

Jesus christ bioware you do understand that being able to zoom further in tactical view and regular mode actually improves your game 10x times over. But nono far be it for regular PC gamer peasants to tell the mighty EA / Bioware that their game needs a F*CKING overhaul in the UI department. 

 

And what did we gain ? The ability to install the next dlc.

 

Dont try and sell me the bullshit they had to change the code because of the DLC, they could have left the addresses on the original game and just added more.

I didn't downgrade, because I didn't download anything past patch 2.

 

So are you saying patch 6 is required in order to play Jaws of Hakkon?

Yes patch 6 is required to play the DLC.  And I refuse to update to patch 6 until mods are available again.  No mods = None of my money.
