Now that we've gotten the mosaic glitches fixed and there wasn't any room to edit the original post on the first take, I'm re-posting this in a new thread for ease of access. (Deathroot is very likely bugged and will not drop seeds. Crystal Grace does not have seeds [I believe you only need seven in the whole game if you get all the upgrades and finish all quests]. Also keep in mind that you can quick-save and -load prior to picking up a resource. This is especially useful when attempting to find rare seeds or attempting to pick up massive amount of herbs at once with the Optimal Cutting (Secrets) Perk.)

What about the Heraldry collection? Thing is as far as I know this was added recently? And my main now has 1/11 Heraldry, even though in Skyhold customizations I can select all heraldry.

Gaesesagai, I think Heraldry is automatically completed and/or purchasable in stores, which are not part of the collections I have listed here. The only Skyhold customizations I have here are the ones that must be found rather than bought. If Heraldry is not like that, please correct me so that I can add it.

 

Additionally, due to a recent patch (not sure which one), banners and banner crowns that could have been missed previously due to story/upgrade choices are now purchasable in the codex shop in Val Royeaux. When I bought them, they counted toward my collection and appeared when chosen in the customizations. More items like this may be available, but I'm not sure at the moment.

Hey DSA, long time no see.  Below are links to narrated video walkthroughs of even better quality than the ones from the base version of the game.  Dropped some money on upgrades so the audio/video quality on these should be really nice.
