XP, money, and achievements. They don't have any bearing on the sequels.
Ok cool, not really going to bother with them then, thanks!

Yeah Loghain doesn't get much of a funeral and such, but I think the farewell he gives as he makes his sacrifice is really touching, and did a lot to "redeem" him in my eyes. That, to me is my preferred ending.
Though yes, Morrigan gets a couple of great scenes in DAI if she has a kid
Yea, as I said, opinions vary. I found Loghain's "tis a far, far better thing I do..." farewell to be a trite and contrived dialogue, hence little impact on me storywise. For others it's a preferred, even canon experience. I have always believed there is no "right or wrong way" to play DA. As long as you have fun, it's all good. ![]()
For the maximum number of cameos in Inquisition, you would have to consider the following: Alistair needs to marry Anora and Loghain needs to spared (Alistair needs to be hardened and you need to convince him to marry Anora before the Landsmeet for that to be possible), then convince Loghain to perform the dark ritual. But Alistair and Anora only show up in Inquisition if you recruit the mages during the main storyline.

I actually did this in one of my keeps.
