Yes, personality would have to be addressed as well. I'm not suggesting it's not complex. I'm suggesting it's worth doing.
Bioware's decisions often run perpendicular to our desires. That is, they don't necssarily go against what we ask for but often make mountains into molehills and molehills into obscure mysteries. This can get tiresome and the story risks getting diluted.
I guess my point is, sometimes fanservice is worth the effort. Citadel DLC.
Well said. Doing the Warden right is worth it. I'd love to either catch up with him or her and the remaining DA:A wardens (Sigrun, Velanna, Nate, Oghren), with Morrigan and Leli tagging along for the reunion, or possibly even better, switching perspective and playing as the HoF/DA:A Warden with SVNO and Morrigan, Leliana, and Finn and Ariana or possibly a new character or two as an entirely new party. Imagine that. Oh, and Dog.
Gotta have the pooch. The dialogue could also serve to lock down the Warden's views on things for future npc appearances if BioWare doesn't want to just do it as a checklist in The Keep.
Might be better suited as a full expansion pack, but can you imagine that? Yeah, that's my dream expansion then. And seriously doable, absolutely. Maybe not for this dlc though. :-/ Dunno. I don't know how far along they are. The Warden's gotta show up this game's lifespan at some point though. It'll be an extreme, extreme disappointment if they don't, since we have Morrigan and Leliana so prominent. That's what's missing that'd really let me fall in love with DA again. If it ends up being the npc route, that's less awesome, but still good. I really enjoy Hawke in this game, even if they didn't let us have as much input into their views as I'd like. Still some of the best moments in the game.
