Agreed. The Western Approach dungeon got very tedious after fighting the same group over and over and over again.

There comes a time when a user like myself has to stand up and say what's right. With that in mind, you'll understand when I say: ARE YOU NUTS?!! If that were true, he wouldn't have been in awakening since he was considered a fan favorite. Also you have to be a complete idiot to think Oghren is less and less appealing.

Then stop acting like you think you know better. There is the Feedback & Suggestions form that i and several other fans of Oghren have been requesting Bioware to bring that said dwarf back in a DLC or 2. But the big problem is that this place is swarmed with so many trolls that the Devs don't take the time to read what's being said cause they dubbed this place as a toxic environment according to Dave Gaider. This is why i've been fighting with so many Oghren Haters!!!

I read that they put Oghren in DA:A because players in DA:O were likely to get him toward the end of the game (doing Orzammar last), so they wanted players to get more time with him. My problem is that I liked the silly, often-teased Oghren in DA:O who could find a sort of redemption much more than the irresponsible failure of a drunkard he was portrayed as in Awakening. That Oghren was not appealing to me. Maybe Awakening was a more realistic portrayal, but not fun to be around. I missed the Origins Oghren who had a sense of humor and could be needled without getting massive approval hits.

As i said, Don't buy the DLC if you don't like that dwarf if he makes an appearance. Plain and simple. but don't say that dwarf shouldn't make a cameo or get a mention. Not EVERYONE hates that Dwarf.
Ask yourself this question, Would it have hurt the game if it came it that?

He had no place in the sequels. Shoehorning in past characters just because is BAD writing. My favorite companion isn't in every game in the series but I'm not having a temper tantrum about it.

I agree, only trolls would come up with that excuse. The only thing that would result in the chaos of the Mass Effect 3 ending reactions here would be The warden since he/she has no voice if brought back. If people don't like Oghren for his Drunkness then they are sodding fools who have no clue in warrior classes at all, that's the only thing they see in oghren as "Oh no he's a drunk, i don't like him" cause they are ignorant fools.
I just wish people were more understanding in conversation i am having but oh no they prefer "Oghren should never be brought back." crap because people, as a rule, always think that they know more than they do, so they look down on people who don't share their oh-so-well-informed opinions.

How does the God of War fit in the same league as oghren? I'll discontinue my part in derailing this thread since i had enough of these arguments.
I REALLY want to see the Architect again, and I doubt he's dead even if you killed him... I mean, look at him, and look at Corypheus. They both look more human then darkspawn, they both have those strange stone/bone things jutting out of their flesh but it seems to be forgotten or abandoned or put off till the future for The Architect and all the characters. We got to see Nathaniel in DA2, but that was it. DA Keep doesn't even have a section for Awakening companions, so there is no way to indicate whether or not they became wardens and if they survived the end of Awakening. I need more resolution for Awakening arcs before moving on.
