I can't choose just one quarian. They are all lovely and wonderful.
Turians
You guys need to pick one. Just think of something why you like one particular Quarian/Turian over the others. ie. I like this kit the best because it trolls Geth the best. Or when my epeem is feeling mighty, I pick this kit. And so on.

Into the airlock with you because that's not how you play the ninja
No need to be a ninja when everything dies in one or two hits.

BatSol. There's a special kind of satisfaction from blading someone in the face, running off, and watching the killfeed for the ballistic blades explosion.

Tie between TGI, HSol and Vorcha Soldier / Sentinel (it's the same character the way I spec them).

Executioner is light enough to carry and not have to worry about recharge, but is useful for when that damn praetorian needs to die!

Justicar or GI.
I don't play the later that much because I want people to actually play with me.

To me my all time favourite ever since the near beginning was the GI.
It was my most used kit when I paired it up with the claymore years back.
It was the only kit I got known for in the old BSN website.
I recently picked up the GI along with the Javelin and getting pretty good at sniping on PS3 if anyones seen me play in pugs.

It wasn't you on White / Reapers, soloing Wave 9 last night, was it? I wrote about that game in the 'last pug' thread - some epic GI / Jav action.

Asari Huntress
She was the first non-human character I was able to take into Gold and Platinum and do well with. ![]()
She has Tactical Cloak, which renders cooldown irrelevant, so she can use any weapon(s) you want. Yes, Claymore lovers, that includes you.
She has Warp, the single best power in the game. Primes? Check. Detonates? Check. Can be curved around cover? Check. Staggers enemies? Check.
She also has Dark Channel, which under TacCloak does obscene amounts of damage. It's also hitscan (to counterbalance Warp).
Finally she is an Asari, so easy on the eyes, and has that super slick dodge that also staggers nearby enemies.

It really changes all the time, but lately I have been enjoying the Smashguard running him specced for Charge 6A with fitness specced for melee damage. Surprisingly effective.

The only problem with that mention is, that the huntress is the only infiltrator whose tac cloak DOESN'T boost weapon damage, but instead power damage... so you wouldn't be getting as much out of the claymore as most would think... now, I may need to test the recharge time thing (because I usually spec for bonus power cloak to prime and detonate in quick succession)

A Claymore hit with Warp Ammo on a biotically primed target does pretty serious damage. Take 5b (Expose) on Warp for extra damage with the damage on top of the damage.

The Tac Cloak recharge thing is a well-known feature relating to the power. It's true that the Huntress doesn't get a weapon damage bonus from TC, but since she can get her powers on a 3-second cooldown if she uses them right after activating TC, she can use super-heavy weapons like other Infiltrators can. As a biotic who can use heavy guns like the Claymore and Crusader, that puts her at a distinct advantage.
Problems only occur if you wait too long to break the cloak, whereupon the heavy weapon will affect your cooldowns.

Not to mention, being a biotic with two priming powers, all she has to do is use warp ammo and get some pretty significant bonuses. Obviously an AIU with Warp Ammo IV and a Claymore will hit harder from cloak...but the Huntress will still hit pretty damn hard with the same setup.
Of course, you could also use Incendiary, but that's just cheesy.

Statements like this make it obvious how big a mistake it was to introduce the AIU as a kit.
It's just so bad, so broken on so many levels, and appears in games way too often. It's the main reason why I wish hosts could decide what kits are and aren't allowed. I hate quitting on a full room just because the fourth person who joined was an AIU or Talon Merc.

Alright, I retract this previous statement after a test.... I had always put huntress on the bonus power system due to some nasty rumor of adding the power recharge on top of the cloak recharge.... thank you for giving me reason to test this

The AIU DOES have a crutch though, as her main power needs a detonator to be useful...

AIU is legit even though it's OP, snap cheese can be annoying for a biotic team though. Merc is just broken if they person knows how to use the mines.

The AIU's main power is TC with a shotgun damage bonus, which is made ridiculous by the fact that scorewhores who run off and try to go Rambo on everything don't have to worry about bleeding out because Repair Matrix will revive them every single time. Snap Freeze is very strong, too, but it pales in comparison to those two powers.
TGI is a very badly-designed kit, but the TGI benefits from ARs, which you have to at least be a good shot to use correctly.
Huntress is much more balanced. High burst DPS and the ability to kill powerful enemies by using Dark Channel without firing a single shot, but she doesn't have an endless pool of health and shields, and needs to be revived if she gets dropped.

Wut? AIU's main power is TC, followed by Repair Matrix. I don't even spec Snap Freeze anymore, at all. I think the need to spec TC 6a and give up on that 25% damage bonus that 6b gives defeats the purpose.
Additional perk of not having SF is that you don't mess with team's priming. AIU is shotgun platform. The best in the game. Use shotguns, not powers.
How is TGI badly designed?
