I would love to be able to use the character creator as a stand-alone application and import characters into the game, like what was done for Origins.

I want to play my canon Inquisitor in other world states but as far as I know, the only way to do so is to re-create him in-game and hope he looks reasonably alike.

(Other than taking screencaps of slider locations during character creation, any other suggestions on how to re-create an Inquisitor's look? Thanks for any ideas you can share!) :)

Do you mean suggestions based on what we have to hand. Or suggestion on what should be added to enable easy re-creation?

Apologies - I should have made it clearer. :)

I was wondering if there was an easier way currently to recreate an Inquisitor's look. Right now the only way I've seen was to take screenshots of slider positions during the creation process.

I actually posted about this in another thread - if you're on PC you can extract the slider data from your save files with a save file tool (the slider data is stored either as index numbers or x/y coordinate data for the grids) and recreate your Inquisitor that way - you still have to re-input all your selections in the CC, but it helps if you didn't take screenshots the first time around.

It's a bit of process, and an import function on all platforms would obviously be much easier.

Muchas gracias for sharing this, jg - I'll give it a shot. :)
