SPOILERS!!!!! Obviously

.... There where so many amazing scenes/dungeons/locations/conversations, but which bit do you remember more fondly than others? Just curious.

For me its defo Wicked Hearts. Such a different change of pace from anything that came before. Such a re-playable mission. So easy to screw up. That and the attack on Haven, and the aftermath :D had a real 'Helm's Deep' feel to it

Very little.

The scene where the party is climbing the mountains to find Skyhold. Hearing the bard sing "I Am The One."

That's pretty much it.

Leliana's transformation. Pushing her over the edge during her loyalty quest was gratifying and satisfying.

There are a few parts I like to load up in old saves to replay.

- the war room discussions on the mage/templar paths

- confronting the envy demon with Cole in Champions of the Just

- the Venatori marching on Haven

- the song scene right after Haven is destroyed followed by becoming Inquisitor

- making Harimond tranquil

- dancing with Cullen in Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts

- everyone playing wicked grace together

- the battle with Calpernia and the decision regarding usage of the Well of Sorrows

- romance scenes/banter

- punching Dorian, Solas, and avoiding a punch from Sera in succession

Looking back, a good number of my favorite moments were in the first quarter of the game roughly.

Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts. I enjoyed the dance with Josephine at the end

OT themikefest, but I know you've done some pretty unusual playthroughs in your gaming like killing everyone in Mass Effect. I'm just wondering if you've done something similar in DA:I like not recruiting anyone, not talking to them, etc? I wish this game gave more options comparable to Mass Effect.

Unfortunately I can't kill or have any of the companions killed. I did do a playthrough with only Cass, Varric and Solas as companions. I talked bad to them. I punched Solas, left Hawke in the fade and didn't hug Varric. After the ending I had only Cass and Varric left. I'm surprised Varric never left after the way I treated him.

I think I liked the singing scene the most.

Adamant was good, the fall to the fade was really well done.

The winter palace was pretty nice too, and playing a qunari made it even better. I loved the dance with the duchess, but I wish it had more intrigue than fighting in the end. Also dat music https://www.youtube....h?v=azjjgRcBUp8.

Well, kudos to you for making your playthrough about as unique/unusual as Bioware would let you by not recruiting anyone. Most never would do that. So I guess you never got the wicked grace scene after "Well, ****" if Varric didn't like you, if you got that quest at all. I've wondered what that scene is like if there's barely anyone there to play.

The game doesn't let you be an evil bastard the way some characters think of you if you get their disapproval low sadly. Ex: Varric's unique dialogue upon greatly disapproving of you doesn't really fit.

I purposely left Hawke in the fade since Hawke was male. I've never done a male Hawke playthrough in DA2. I tried, but the voice I couldn't stand. So he was the perfect condidate to leave in the fade and Alistair lived.

I tried romancing him once and one line noped me right out of it.  'I get it, you want to ride the bull'. I cringed, shuddered and deleted my character.

He was a great companion but I can imagine as a romance option probably quite cringeworthy. Hats off to FPJ's performance tho

Yeah I love the character but the romance was terrible, not to mention my male qunari warrior turned into a girly manwhore each scene.

That "Take me!" is going to give me nightmares for years.

In Your Heart Shall Burn. Unfortunately, I suspect it was something of a drama sink and devoured most of the story quality from the rest of the game.

Here Lies the Abyss would have stood out if my Hawke hadn't been trashtalking her girlfriend, and Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts would have been far better if the assassin had been the envy demon instead of Florianne.

I suppose it's good for a change of pace it's just that one line made it way too corny for me. But agree FPJ did a great job with him just a shame that the character wasn't that great.  He was too humanized from the Qunari for me to like him much.
