I've been waiting several months now for the my Dragon Age II collector's edition content to appear in the DLC area of Career in DA: Keep. I have the Bioware Signature Edition on both XBox 360 and PC. Today, I logged in and in addition to the "we are looking into this issue for you, come back soon for an update" message that has been there since the first week of beta, it now says "If you own this item and it isn't appearing, we can unlock it for you."

Great!

 

...so how do I make that happen? I don't see a contact link anywhere...

I dont know if it will work. But they did respond back in the closed keep beta when I had problems
