Hey there,

 

I noticed something veeery unpleasant.

In the area "Temple Gates" -there's a landmark and a rift nearby- in northern Frostback, there's a random camp of Hakkon mooks and the party AI completely malfunctions in this particular spot: Everyone will just randomly round around, strafing against the walls, obviously whilst getting wrecked without fighting back.

I'm not even using tactics to set movement, except for basic target orders. I think the cause may be there being a bridge over us, and somehow the pathfinding is messed up? I dunno, but this fight ain't happening for me. It's annyoing, cause I'm kinda aching for payback at this point :/

UPDATE: I somehow managed to cheese kill them all on my own (no picnic on Nightmare). Even outside combat, in this spot, the pathfinding is completely messed up. They still run around against the walls (though in no common direction) when trying to "follow" me.

Sounds like a combo of behaviors and pathfinding as you have described it.  Did you start a new game and see if this reproduces?

I don't have the DLC yet still waiting for the game to be stable more than 50% of the time from a cold start- hard to stay motivated with behavior like that on an unmodded game.

Do you mean, new game as in "new character"?

 

I tried rebooting the game, but it's still happening. Again, it also only happens in this exact area - as soon as I leave, everything works as intended.
