I discovered "The Last Court" when clicking through the Keep after beating the game on two other play-throughs. I started a new play-through, but the Serault War Table missions never appeared, and now I've completed all the main quests except for "Doom Upon All the World", as well as "The Last Court". I play on the PS4. Anyone else have this problem?
Still no Serault war table missions...

Did you re-export your worldstate?
Turns out, I didn't have to. Went to bed, woke up today and poof! There they were. It's magic, I tell you. Thank you for the reply, though!
