i sided with the templars this time around and forgot to start the In Hushed Whispers quest so i could unlock Redcliffe. Now i'm trying to do Dorian's personal quest but I can't actually get to the village, let alone the Gull and Lantern. I heard a rumor that Krem gives you a War Table mission that involves the Chargers going to Redcliffe for something? Or is there a way to walk there that I'm just not seeing?
Getting into Redcliffe without IHW?

Strange. On my first playthrough after I completed the templar story mission and did the Haven battle I was able to enter Redcliffe without any issue.

You can get there, but you need to walk all the way up there. If you go to the archway near Vivienne's Circle tome (and associated Fade rift) and then keep going straight, you should be able to walk right in.
The characters associated with IHW won't be there anymore. Lysas will be gone, along with Clemence the Tranquil and Connor (poor Connor!), but you'll be able to complete Dorian's quest.
