Drells would win the sprints, but krogans and batarians would be better at throwing things. Especially the Warlord who would win the hammer competition of course.

The Shadow, Not only can she move so fast it looks like she's teleporting, she vaults out of cover and dodges attacks more gracefully than any other character in the game. Plus, her martial arts > the Fury's martial arts. Mostly because she has a sword, but still.

Depends upon the competition in question. Regardless of its nature though, quarians would be responsible for all the strategic decisions such as coaching positions or team principals due to superior intelligence. Volus would provide the funds.
We'd obviously win any sport with equipment due to designs that are far superior to everyone else's. Then you'd all get jelly and ban us instead of gitting gud.

Based purely on running, it is definitely the Drell; with a Level 3 Adrenaline Mod, a Drell can outrun (not just dodge, but actually run faster than) a Banshee's Warp Ball, and can almost outrun a Geth Rocket Trooper's rocket. Not even the almost-as-fast Volus can do that!
