Executioner is a good Destroyer weapon. Devastator mode (with pistol mag mod) makes it a quick 2-shot pistol. The problem I have sniping with it is that it is EXTREMELY touchy about accuracy. If the crosshairs are the slightest bit off the target, it's a miss and a longish reload. It really punishes misses, and misses are frequent if the targets aren't being still. Very hard to hit moving targets at range. Not an easy pistol for headshots. For me, anyway. 

 

That is where arc pistol shines. Because it actually fires three "bullets", it is hard to miss, even on headshots. Ten out of ten hits with half headshots beats six out of ten with no headshots, which is my usual executioner score.

Executioner is pointless when you have Arc pistol. It's lighter, does almost as much damage when charged, is crazy accurate, fires 3 shots, so you don't have to rely on Phasic to go trough shieldgate, has more ammo in clip and spare and you can spam it if something gets close to force them to dodge. On infiltrators you can shoot it without breaking cloak too. 

 

Even Carnifex is better than Executioner.

Not really. Maybe if you use phasic 3, headshot gear and a GI, and have consistently good aim it could work but I can't be bothered to run the numbers. In my experience, It is normally at least a two shot gun even with headshots on anything that isn't a health mook, gold and plat. It is also far too inaccurate without a scope to use at range.

You could try it on the destroyer so you can get two shots. Use a scope and barrel with phasics, and carry some anti armor weapon for bosses (probably a Typhoon). Then It might actually be a viable long range weapon.

 

Does this gun really have inaccuracy issues? As every time I tested it against a wall, it always went dead center. Leaving me to believe lag issues more. So if there is any known proven fact about this issue, I'd love to know.

I don't know if it is lag or not but I achieve less headshots and overall do less damage.than I should. Sometimes it works great, sometimes it doesn't.

The only enemy it performs well against is the brute, probably because it's difficult to miss.

To be fair, most of the guns on the game are pointless when you have the Arc Pistol (if you're good at using it).  It's just so ridiculously good, it almost has no weaknesses.

Executioner is pretty good on the FQI, hell it's decent on anything.

 

Suppressor is better if you can hit the dome at a high percentage though especially with the Cranial ****** mod. Generally use it on the Salarian Infiltrator. It just destroys mooks but sucks anus against bosses.

if you're using it on a infiltrator then take heavy barrel instead. Same amount of damage to the head but also gets damage for everywhere else
