I thought that someone found out that the scene takes place in the crossroads.

I haven't seen sufficient enough proof yet.

The trees make it appear like Crossroads, but all the bushes and other flora make it look otherwise. IIRC the Crossroads were almost devoid of colour and plants.

Some fan theories about that I've seen didn't do proper fact checking. So i'm not big on that theory until proven otherwise in future content.

the mural seems to be of a high dragon with a fallen dragon stabbed by a sword.

At first I thought mother and child with mythal being the mother in the elven pantheon but now i'm thinking...

In dragons, a high dragon is a lot larger than their male counterpart...what if these dragons are not mother and child but rather lovers?

And now I wonder if Mythal had any lover before joining with Flemmeth, with the death of her lover being the betrayal she spoke of.

still, it's all speculation based on dragon anatomy and elven mythology interpretation.

That mural could represent Mythal's betrayal as Solas helplessly watch her demise.

The dark smoke around Solas' eyes after he absorbs Flemythal reminds me of the spell Abelas starts to cast when he tries to to destroy the Well.

Totally different contexts but it looks the same.

Thank you for sharing the video and the analysis. I am torn on the painting bit, on the one hand I agree Bioware could be trolling us, but on the other hand I see two dragons rather than a wolf and a foot or wolf and a dragon. So I think it is just the unfinished painting of the final battle between Morrigan in dragon form or the Inquisitor's dragon and Corypheus' dragon. Either way I am looking forward to finding out in future expansions or dlc  :)
