No one place. Why would a Dalish craftsman sell schematics for Grey Warden Armor for instance?

The exalted plains have two pieces of dalish armor, one you find in a mini dungeon and a higher tier schematic you can find in the dalish camp. I think the most powerful dragon in the game also drops a powerful dalish armor. And I THINK you can buy a schematic for scout dalish armor from the hissing wastes? Others can correct me if I'm wrong. But there are only like three pieces of armor for dalish I think.
