ok guys so I have seen hidden dialogues and footage from getting team members that the game won't allow you to do in the first place which probably means Bioware planned this but later on scrapped it which is a shame because "reasons". How do I get them? I've read somewhere that it has to be a save editor or something? can someone help me with this? any link? does it "break or mess up the game"? how will the story then progress? the Reaper IFF?
How do I get Tali and Legion first?

As far as I know, it will not 'break' the game. I have never done it myself. The story should progress as normal.
Chances are that the game will not make Legion available as a squadmate for the Derelict Reaper (Reaper IFF) mission. Similarly, the game may prevent you from bringing along a squadmate to their own recruitment mission. But like I have said, I have never done this myself. The first link above may have the answers you are looking for.
