PC Configuration UtilityI do not know where it is.
I am having trouble finding it.
Can anyone point me in the direction of it?
I do not know what the main launcher is.

Did you buy the game from Steam? If so, go into your ProgramFiles\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\Mass Effect 2\\binaries folder and run the MassEffect2Config.exe executable.

Though I did not download it from steam, the name of the file helped me greatly and I was able to find what I needed. Thank you.
