Ignoring the requisition people or actually stopping just to tell them that I don't have time for their requests. I wish there was a more aggressive option. Sorry, you are NOT getting any of my metals. ***I*** am keeping everything. For myself.
I wouldn't really call it a guilty pleasure but I have to save all the villagers during the 'In Your Heart Shall Burn' quest. If I miss one, I reload my game and start again.
Also the Mirror of Transformation. I seriously need an intervention of some sorts. That Mirror has taken away many hours of my life that could have been used for something far more productive than deciding which skin/eye/hair colour combination looks the best on my Inquisitor.
The short 'In Your Heart Shall Burn ' scene where you have to get from the Chantry building to the main gate & meet up with the others. I can't help but take this at the slowest, sauntering walk possible in a sort of manner that is supposed to exude confidence to those panicking around me. ![]()
It always ends up looking ridiculous because the following cut scene starts with me arriving at a run & looking like I've broken into a sprint for the last 2 feet!
6th playthrough & I still do it..... ![]()

Intervention you say?

Well, I love sliding/jumping down hills/mountains wherever possible...if I lose health in the process, meh ![]()
I also like to try and see if I can get to seemingly tall and impossible areas by jumping up them in specific spots (instead of using the obvious path or even looking for one)...sometimes I can, sometimes I can't...which results in me sliding back down again - weeeeeeeeee! - either way...I win! ![]()
Thread necromancy be damned, I discovered another guilty pleasure recently. I hunt nugs on foot with a melee weapon. They're fast, but you can outrun them, if you time your swing just so. Unlike fennecs. You can't outrun a fennec.
Another guilty pleasure:
- Taking screenshots of the scenery when I'm in the Fade in MP ![]()
There are a couple of other silly little things I enjoy.
1) With so many mods out there offering texture and tint options for crafting materials, I can create an entire color palette around my Quizzie. Except for a handful of neutrals or options to go with some of the metals, my team and some of the npcs are definitely playing on my playground. Meeting Solas in his yellow and light spring green was a bit of a shock and a laugh.
2) Opening the tactical camera and setting a 'move to' point as far away as possible, going back to regular camera, and then just watching my Inquisitor and friends running around while I drink coffee or eat a sandwich.
I like running over enemies with my horse now and then. And the occasional ram.
My DA:I guilty pleasure would have to be trolling Sera and Iron Bull.
I love Florianne and always make her a jester just so i can keep her around.
For me its several things. I no longer recruit Vivi,I like Sera,Fiona and enjoy the simple Hinterlands side quest: the Dalish wedding ring, hunger pains,in the elements, breathing potion and love waits. .Of course I close rifts, kill baddies and set up camps in the process.
I enjoy the horse simply because it reminds me of the cowboys in the Western novels I read. ![]()
Killing nugs.
Nothing more satisfying on a "guilty pleasure" level than offing little obnoxiously, incessantly squeaky things that can't seem to STFU... same in "Tomb Raider" and "Mad Max..."
*splat* "What? No more squeaking? Huh? Just a bloody stain now, aren't ya? Little *&^%&$%&^... HA!"
I take a disproportionate amount of pleasure from headbutting the lamps in the basement of Haven's Chantry...
Wait... does that mean there are people who don't do that?
When I wake up in Haven, I always walk slowly past the gawking crowds... my inquisitor is always shocked/awed/fearful of their reverence, plus I like hearing all the little conversations among the people as I walk past.
Trudging through the snow during "In Your Heart...", I always stop at each "landmark" (even though I don't think you have to), let the inquisitor make his sad little comments, and let him linger there for a moment, as if he's struggling to make himself keep going. I play out the drama as much as possible lol
I like walking towards the edge of a cliff / dune / mountainside, staring out at the vista before me, and maneuvering my camera around until it's this really awesome shot of my inquisitor looking, well, awesome. Too bad I don't know how to take screenshots without all the ugly words and such on the screen xD
Killing bears. What can I say, I love killing bears and will go after the mf'ers with a vengeance, soon as I spot one ![]()
Slapping Cassandra's butt when she isn't looking.
Oh and killing dragons.
Too bad I don't know how to take screenshots without all the ugly words and such on the screen xD
I warn you, once you know how to hide HUD, there's no turning back.

Spoiler
You're the best!!! Thank you! I knew how to do this in Skyrim but not DAI ![]()
Wait... does that mean there are people who don't do that?
Well you can't avoid it with the one at the bottom of the stairs, but you have to make the effort to hit the other one...

Go into Options, Interface and then set HUD to always off. Also check the "Quest tracker fades when inactive" box. Obviously turn the HUD on again when you actually want to play...
Edit: Why am I not surprised that Rascoth knows the console commands? ![]()
