Sorry I really wasn't sure where to put this, if this is the wrong place forgive me. Anyway I was wondering to what extent your Hawke in the keep needs to be customized for them to be customizable in Inquisition. I played Origins on PC then DA2 and Inquisition on xbox360 so like the actual face/name/everything of my Hawke isn't in my Keep, just the choices I made. Despite this will I get to customize them in game when I get to that part in Inquisition? I did upload this world state to the game but as aforementioned my Hawke is not imported on the Keep. I just started the new campaign in Inquisition and would really rather not wait until I get all the way to Hawke to find out that I can't customize them.

 

Sorry if that's confusing in short:

 

- I did not import a Hawke directly from DA2 to my Keep

- I have customized choices for Hawke in my Keep

- Will I get to make their face pretty in Inquisition?

Hawke's face does not import from DA2, every time you play Inquisition, you'll start with the default and customize it in the same character creator you've made you Inquisitior, if you like. You'll be given the option to customize the face before meeting him/her.

I knew that, I just needed to be sure I could customize with only an imported world state. The first times I played inquisition I didn't have the ability to upload my world states so I couldn't customize my Hawke qwq

Just having an imported world state at all will let you customize Hawke's features. The flag is: imported world state at save creation = customization is available; default word state at save creation = skip straight to default Hawke, no option to customize.

 

What's important to customize at the Keep is your Hawke's gender and class, as those aren't editable in game. If you imported a male Hawke you can't turn him female at character creation, if you imported a rogue you can't turn them into a warrior, etc. All you'll be able to customize is their face and hair.
