I have been searching the net to find a Templar type armor and noticed that a schematic/armor is located in the Wastes. It also requires a high level to equip the item.

Is it possible to find one earlier and/or equip earlier? Trying to find the armor to match a character's helmet and shield.

Nevermind, guys. I found some results. Too low of a level to travel in the Waste for the schematic but there is a rare drop in the Western Approach for the non crafted armor. Here's hoping I get it. Sorry to waste your time.
