1) Celene
2) Morrigan, even though I'm sure that'll screw her over somehow later on. That entire "bound to Mythal" thing has to have some bigger meaning than one cutscene in the fade. Solas/Flemeth/whatever it is now better watch him-her-itself though, touch a hair on Morrigans head and my warden won't rest until you're in the ground.
3)Cassandra, mostly because Leliana wants freedom for the mages and that will never happen in my game.
Its Orlais, pleace will never last forever. The epilogue ruins the whole idea that I helped gain peace between 3 feuding idiots.
Spoke well Meredith, I almost forgave you for your betrayal at Kirkwall.1) Celene

And its the best ending if you want to empower the Inquisition, both Gaspard and Briala are kept at bay because of the Inquisition, so if Celene wants to keep her crown and her head she will bow to the Inquisitor.
Yeah that's why I almost always go to it, but I also fell for Gaspard's charms, and I'm his guest and that scene where you have him sent off to die, the look he gives you, it's just filled with betrayal. And yes, I know what he's done and who he is, but it still gets to me. Lol

I haven't done it myself but I know you can have Gaspard exiled rather than executed. But then he just plots to come back again anyway.
1) Celene and Briala - for the focus on diplomacy and elven representation in politics. This was tricky becuase I dislike all the candidates. So much simpler in DAO when hardened Alistair, Anora or both all seem like good options!
2) Lavellan or Morrigan. Not all of my Lavellan want it though. I prefer not to have someone completely ignorant of elfy stuff drinking from the Well (though my Cadash did, since she didn't trust Morrigan). I don't entirely trust Morrigan, but if someone has to take it, she can.
3) I prefer Cassandra's ideas, but think she'd be least happy as Divine. Inspired Leliana would be my second choice. Viv is too focused on the mage/templar issue, and hardened Leliana just scares the crap out of me!
3. My favorite world state features a softened Leliana as Divine, but I had to have one playthrough with Vivienne on the Sunburst Throne. If nothing else, I expect that the protagonist of some future game will have his or her work cut out for him or her as they sift through the smoking ruin that Thedas has become. It will be interesting to see how that ends.
Well, at this point, the question of Orlesian leadership is the only one still left unanswered for me. I'm very tempted to go with the truce option. I see it as the ultimate example of what it means to "win" at the Game.

For me the answer is clear: truce. It feels good to tell all three of those jokers that they've been outplayed and blackmail them all into working together. I'm quite enjoying inserting my character's deep-seated hatred for Orlais.

My biggest problem with it is Briala's lack of presence. She gets an awesome speech in the Celene/Briala reconciliation, but she has to stay in the shadows in the truce scenario.
I also don't like the fact that there are no unique operations if you go with the truce; all three leaders apparently resent you for the blackmail. Heck, the Celene/Briala reconciliation operation gives you an Amulet of Power for the Inquisitor, and we know how rare those are these days.

Morrigan drinks from the Well.

Not if you try to reconcile Celene and Briala though, he's dead no matter what you choose unless you spare him, then they don't hook up, but after TME I am not going to reconcile them ever again.

It's like playing Morbid Cupid. I showed Briala and Celene the locket but I could never really go through with the reconciliation thing. It just seems to make more sense that they'd all just pretend to coexist peacefully while masking their mutual contempt.
3) I favor Leliana for story reasons. I just like the idea that the first super duper faithful companion we got back in Origins went on to become the Pope.
Part of me really likes Cassandra's rise to the position, since she occupies a great deal of the game with crises of faith and dealing with the revelation of the Seekers, but as I strongly dislike the Chantry and want the most chaotic element as its leader, I've now decided on Leliana. I don't even have to support her now, since with the truce, allying with the Wardens and mages, telling Mother Giselle that the Chantry done goofed and agreeing with Dorian that the Chantry's teetering on the brink of irrelevance, I think she's got this in the bag.
1) Celene and Briala. Orlais is stable and there will be some reform for the elves.
2) The Inquisitor. Morrigan drinking from the well throws a wrench in her relationship with the Warden.
3) Leliana. I like her reforms.
1) Celene and Briala. After reading TME, I was perfectly happy with that outcome myself. Celene fulfills her promise and Briala makes a sweet speech in front of all the nobles. Plus extra Power Amulet.
2) Morrigan. Even if taming the dragon is pretty sweet, the irony of Morrigan being bound to Flemythal is too good to pass up. Plus I tend to trust Cole on this kind of matter, so if he tells me it's going to be horrible, my Quizzy will trust his word on it. And it looks like a pretty bad idea in the first place.
3) Still unsure between Cass and Leliana. On the one hand, Cassandra is a pretty balanced choice, but on the other hand she sucks at politics and hates it. Rebuilding the Seekers is already a pretty satisfying ending for her.
So still unsure, as I'm pretty dead set on Templars conscription for my canon and I like both Divine with that choice.
In the truce scenario, how many reforms do you think will pass for the elves? Surely Briala's continued rebellion will force some significant changes; the epilogue states that she rocks the empire to its core.
